Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

• Product must be unused and not tampered with
  In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, refunds can only be made for order that have not yet shipped out yet. Once an order has shipped we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Return Surcharge

In order to return an order, you must contact us first at orders@mccampbell.com.

All refunds will be subject to a $45 surcharge.
